Hello, I was wondering what happens to the fee payment for the Visa application in case the cap has already filled up and they return your application.
Will you get the fee back or do you have to pay again when re-applying?
I have one more question, we lost our PR status since we moved back to Germany in 2009 and did not return. So basically we are still PR but since we dont have a good reason for leaving Canada for so long, they wont let us keep our status.
Now we want to apply again under the skilled worker category. We are too late for this year, so we will try next year.
Does anybody know if we can just apply or do we have to clear our status first, or together?
I tried to call the Visa office, but there is no way to talk to anybody!
