Hi ...
so i have to make only one fee payment form ( for me as principal and my husband as a " each family member aged 22 or older" ) or we need to make two payment forms..
cos in instruction ...they say... Important information. Each application from a principal applicant must include a fee payment form. This form must include the fees for the principal applicant and any accompanying family members.

what to do ??

what to do ??

You should complete and send a single form where you put $550 next to you and $550 next to your husband so it will make a total of $1,100.
