Filipino visitors to attend Canadian wedding of a U.S. citizen

My fiancee is a U.S. citizen and I am a green card holder. We are getting married next year and the most important thing for me is to have my parents, brother and sister (and her family) be at our wedding. Since the U.S. is so strict, we are thinking of getting married in Niagara (Canada side), especially because I also have family there. If Canada will not issue all of them a visa, we are looking at Bermuda or any other destination that is not too far, and is easy for my family to get a visa. They have ties to the Philippines, but any consul may not see it as enough. We will be covering expenses anyway because their presence is most important. Suggestions and professional opinions will be appreciated. Thank you.

Canada isn't easier than the USA to get a visa for Philippinos. In fact if you are almost sure that the USA would not give your family a VISA I find it hard to understand why you would think Canada would be any different. Anything you think that would make it easier?

So my advice: get married in the Philippines.... or somewhere near there that doesn't require a Visa.

We're trying to look at options here and not saying Canada is easier at all. We were just considering Canada because some family are there already. But we are also considering Bermuda, possibly Costa Rica, etc...). Philippines is out of the question since most of our friends and family are here. Thank you for your kind response, Jalex23.
