hopefully din sa summer na. :) hindi naman ako nerequire, they just advised me to prepare, but i have to make an effort to show them that i am studying their language, thats why ill bring some proof din upon the interview, such as cerftif of recognition from AF, or an lvl A2 certificate atleast. ksi pag B2 di ata aabot ang number of hours ko by summer. sa tingin ko on the way na din ang AOR mo. goodluck sa atin. ;)

Tumawag ka na dahil 2-3months lang ang timeframe for aor kapag priority AOT ka like nursing.

I need po clarification about certificate of employment and contract...kasi po ang hospital namin eh ayaw magbigay ng contract kasi yung nakalagay eh volunteer pa at wala ng contract kmi na pinirmahan nung npromote as staff nurses..so yung question ko po is it enough na bo ba kung COE lng at walang contract yung ipoforward ko?

Mas maganda kung kay contract pero kung wala, ok na yung COE,
 
Hi all. I would just like to confirm before requesting for a cashier's/manager's check:

-in CAD currency
-'payable to the Ministre des Finances du Québec and must include, on the reverse side, the name of the applicant in block letters.' Ok lang sulatan yung reverse side ng check?
-correct na yung check recipient sa above? ^
-$757 Principal applicant, $162 Spouse, $162 per dependent child?

I worked as COntractual nurse sa government hosp.. so wala kaming tax at walang SSS or GSIS contribution.. panu ko kaya magagawan ng paraan to? last option im seeing is Proof of exemption.. nag request ako ng certificate sa Admin namin hnd nga ako eligible sa ganun. is that enough? or what else do i need to pass or secure??

Regarding your case, and I'm not talking about your application to Canada, from what you said, I'm getting warning bells dyan sa pinagtatrabahuan mo. I mean speaking of legality. What if dumating ang time na 'knock on wood' may incident na nakataya ang license mo. Without you having a proper contract, pwede kang hindi ipaglaban ng hospital mo kasi "volunteer" parin ang category mo due to the lack of contract. Masyado kasi tayong trusting minsan na nakakalimutan natin na kailangan natin protektahan ang sarili natin. So if I were you, demand a contract or at least kasulatan man lang na you are already promoted as a staff nurse and you are legally binded with the hospital that you are working for.

Question: Bakit wala kayong tax nor GSIS contribution man lang? Is it because minimum wage earner lang? or ayaw nila maabala sila sa dapat ay responsibilidad nila. Another question: kung wala kayong tax nor GSIS bakit hindi ka eligible sa proof of exemption? I really don't get it. You can pass the proof of exemption and as far as I know tinatanggap nila yun. So its either "demand" for a proof of exemption or magisip isip ka na dyan sa pinagtatrabahuan mo. Alam ko mahirap maghanap ng work as a nurse sa Pinas with all the competition and blah blahs ng government but that doesn't mean na we have to forget na license natin ang nakataya dyan. Ilang taon nating pinaghirapan yan sa pagaaral at ilang daan salapi at pagbebenta ng kalabaw at lupa ng ating magulang para lang tayo maging tanyag na nurse tapos gagamitin pa tayo sa paraan na hindi tayo pagkakagastusan ng hospital kung saan tayo nagtatrabaho. Yes we need the experience but never forget to protect yourself as well.
 
i just got back my application. In the document requirement, it checked to the form A-1520-AA (AF for French) and doesn't say anything what's wrong with the form. I checked my package, the form was there and filled out completely. I don't see place where I have to sign.

Does anyone here have any problem with that form earlier? please share your experience.

I think kaya yan binalik kasi lumang form na yung ginamit mo. If you can see its 2013-05. Ang alam ko ang ginagamit nila ngayon ay 2013-08. Meron yan sa site download it lang. Kaya nga I was asking you if you are able to sign on pages 7 to 9 because I was looking at the latest form.

Do you have link to that latest form. I looked around the website and just found the form date 2013-05 of the form A-1520-AA
