I'm sorry to hear that. I thought you guys were already done with the federal stage and have applied at the London VO. I'm sure you'd get back those funds once you reach Montreal. It's really a great place to start a family and it's also one of the most vibrant cities in the world when it comes to the art scene. Let us know how your application will go.

Thank you very much! I'm glad that a lot of people still find that post useful.

Matagal processing ng OIIQ kasi pero if GPL ka na no problem naman daw from what I've heard. Dami din pinoy nurses dito.

Anyways, I've noticed na wala na masyado nagpopost sa FB page dahil gumawa ng ibang group ang mga friends natin from the Visayas. That's all good pero for the sake ng hindi nakakaintindi ng Visayan here's our FB page and please join para naman masustain ang momentum and to help other new applicants na waiting pa din for CSQ.

Here's the link: www.facebook.com/groups/montrealpinoys/

Salamat!

Hi solukro, yeah I noticed it too n tahimik ngayun ang Montreal bound n group
Anyways, I already received my interview date, it's on July 13, in Istanbul

Just want to ask if do we need to do the " equivalence of our degree" aside from
The registration for csq?

We were refused during our interview, my wife who is the principal applicant can't utter any french, I appealed but decision maintain. I will reapply next month waiting for delf result this month.

Hopefully, we will get there this year. She thought just because we were invited for the interview we are quite sure of acceptance. I lost lot of funds for the travel. Anyway I am sure this time we will get it and once I submit our documents next month we will fly again sometime late this year.

Hope to see you there.

Thank you I always endorse to the other applicants to read your post they will get most of the councilor questions in your post.

Good luck.

Hi Rommel, sorry to hear that, upon reading ur post,
It's a wake up call for me that I should really work hard
On my French, considering ur a nurse already but still they refused.
My interview will be in July 13 , can I ask u when did u apply?
Did u submit any French test?
What are the questions that u haven't answered?
coz I thought they only ask basic questions and I've read In some
Post also that u have the option to have an interpreter.

Now, I'm really confused. I don't have french exam coz I applied before dec2011.

Please give me idea bout urs.thanks

Hello po! Good day to all! Newbie here.. RN din.

I got interested in Quebec. Kaya dati nung nagrereview ako, I immediately shifted from academic to GT IELTS. Here's my reason. I found Quebec na parang madali for me and my partner to leave the country na sabay talaga. Can't leave my partner again e. My partner's not a nurse kasi, that's why mahirap din sa part nya na makaalis. Nagbrowse nko about the process of application, but may mga second thoughts pa rin. I hope all of you can clear this up. And hopefully, buong loob na at walang doubts.

Here are my thoughts:
1. Proximity of Quebec to Philippines (parang stupid noh, pero true, kasi mamimiss ko family ko. hehe. The original plan was Au or NZ, pero parang mhirap kasi gusto ko sabay pa rin kami ng partner ko)

2. Climate of Quebec. Keri ba ang lamig dyan?? Ginawin pa naman ako. hehe

3. If hopefully ma-grant ng immigrant visa to Quebec, I know di dapat mamili ng jobs when we get there. Madali lng ba maging nurse jan? I'm not yet quite familiar sa registering authority ng nursing ng Quebec.

4. How's life there? Ok ba? Trabaho, people, etc.

I'll be the principal applicant. Sana this would be a good start for me and my partner. We want to fulfill our dreams. hehe

Nakareceived na po kase ako ng letter which states that I had been placed in the waiting list for an interview.

Salamat po!

Hi mga kababayan,

Anyone here applying from Singapore. I am interested about QSW. I am a registered nurse here for 10 yrs already.

Depende syo yan.....

A.

@reginaforquebec

Good luck sa application nating lahat.

A.
