Hi to all! I've been reading the thread for a while now (20pages or so a lang haha). I just want to ask, kailangan ba ipa-ctc mga docs or pwede na yung original mismo? Meron kasi akong multiple copies ng ibang docs eg: BC, cenomar, nbi, police etc. Bale sana ung diplomas and tor na lang yung ipa ctc ko sana since malayo pa province ko. Thanks!

no problem as long as you won't need it anymore. In my case i'd sent some originals cause i have duplicate.

Good day fellow nurses! After almost 3 days, I finished reading the thread from page 1.

I would just like to share and at the same time ask for your opinions.
I am a nurse with 4 1/2 years of working experience and about to finish completing the documents for submission. 1 1/2 years I worked in a secondary hospital in the province with below minimum salary. (So I need to ask for tax exemption certificate). 2 years in Saudi then 1 year (up to present) again in Saudi. So I back read and according to some, I can get tax exemption certificate from BIR Pasay for those.

I just had my one month vacation and decided to pursue the QSW. I am leaning towards getting the service of an agency/consultancy firm. Though very pricey, I think it would be better as I cannot process my papers when I'm in Saudi. I took IELTS and still for the result (this week). I have finished all the certified true copies..and would still work on the tax exemption tomorrow. While here in Pinas, I requested for a COE from my current employer which I though would be next to impossible as they might think I would not come back. I was able to secure a salary certificate indicating my salary and that I'm a staff nurse from this date up to present. No job descriptions were written. I do not also have a copy of my contract. My question is, can I submit these papers and just send supporting documents when I get there? I will be leaving next week. And do you think papasok pa ko sa March 31 na deadline? Though literally pasok sya sa date pero di pa kaya puno ang cap space by now?

Okti sayang yung ibabyad mu sa consultancy. Ang intindi ko from pinas ka magaaply sa CSQ mu. Ilang weks ka dyan. KAya mu yan by your own. What i did, i was the one who made my own COE cause my contract isn't finished(format according to CSQstandard) then i let employer sign. Seek help also to your direct head para matulungan k nya sa employer mu. Yung PAyslip mu lng ang isecure mu. Kung direct sa atm card yung sweldo mu, kuha ka ng bank statement. At SSS para maprove yung work experience mu dito. Plus yung sa BIR

Ang alam ko may iba dito na contract ang binigay kasi nandun daw yung job description nila. You can do that too. Or you can ask Impertubable_myer. She's the right person to ask for this.

Hi po!! Anytime this week mg lo lodge na kami nang documents. Safe pa po ba mg lodge ng documents kahit hindi pa naman sure what will be the new rules on 1st April?

Ang alam ko may iba dito na contract ang binigay kasi nandun daw yung job description nila. You can do that too. Or you can ask Impertubable_myer. She's the right person to ask for this.

Kung employed kayu under ministry of health. Me booklet contract na binibigay from the start of contract. Ayun yung pinaka job description in general yun. But if you are specialized on certain field like ICU, NICU, etc you can ask your direct head to make seperate COE.

Kung hired kayu thru agency from pinas bago kayu dumating dito dapt me contract copy kayu ng pinirmahan nyo. Kung wla nmn formulate na lang kayu ng coe according to CSQ standard saka papirmahan sa mga direct head.

Ministry of health po ako pero wala naman pong booklet na binigay samin. So if ever magdecide ako ro process on my own, pwede ko iaddress na lang sa Saudi para doon ko na mareceive? After initial submission ng documents for CSQ, may mga important papers ba kong dapat na iready sa mga succeeding steps? Para at least maayos ko na if ever.

HOP kasi ako..alam mo naman, may sarili silang policy minsan. So if from Saudi rin ako magsend kailangan ko ng residence permit/iqama? Nakalagay kasi sa checklist valid for 1 year dapat kaso by May/June na expired ng iqama ko kasi plano ko magrenew pagbalik ko.

Yup, I searched sa net meron namang DHL branch malapit at nagpoprovide naman ng bank draft almost lahat ng banks.
