can i also get my ITR thru HR like SSS, or i have to go to the nearest BIR office to get that ITR? thanks

You must be able to get your ITR from the person in charge of it in your work. I'm sure there's somebody assigned to process your taxes.

kabayans! Just a piece of advice lang po..those who are waiting for your AOR, don't rely solely on email or letter to be sent to your mailing address. Rather, please visit your nearest post office, because there are cases kasi na cguro walang tao sa house nyo by the time that the letter has been sent. So what they usually do is, they will mark your letters unreceived and it will just be stocked in a corner. And for those who have spouses namn and was included during the application, there are cases as well na sa email address ng spouse nila isesend yung AOR not to the main applicant's.......

Yun lang po and gudluck to your application.. Happy New Year!!! If you ahve time daan kayo dito sa Cebu for the Sinulog Festival and ask for Señor Sto Nino....

Ang weird ng Quebec minsan. Ha ha! Iba-iba tayo ng pag receive ng AOR. Ang importante naman ata ay meron tayong natanggap kaysa wala. :-)

To board seniors:

Is it advisable to apply for Évaluation comparative des études effectuées hors du Québec (comparative evaluation for studies done outside Québec) after getting an AOR?

Thanks! :-)

Iniisip ko kasi na baka positive siya in a way na pag nakita ng IO yung file mo, it will somehow show intent of really residing in Quebec.

Yung sa akin dated December 19, 2013 pero nareceive ko ng Jan 07, 2014. Siguro sa mail system natin.

Hindi ko pa nga natatanggap yung e-mail nila.

Same thing happened to me. The date on the AOR is nov.25 but I received it dec. 22. Almost a month yung gap. Btw, when do you expect to receive a letter regarding the date of the interview. I haven't studied french yet because I live in the province. Anyone knows a good online class/tutor where I can study french?

Podcasts like coffee break french. Lessons by Michel Thomas. Pair these with formal lessons and you're good to go. :-)
