We do have a highschool transcript. That's what we usually submit to a college or university before we are able to enroll for the first time. You may not be aware but we do have. You can ask your school to make you one. My transcript were my final grades from first year to 4th year highschool.

I'm not really sure how long it will take when you get married during the process because I was already married when I applied. I'm just kinda worried now a days coz I'm waiting for my PPR and yet there's no news yet... I hope my papers are still moving with God's help

Then go to their website again and submit your forms and documents (http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/). good luck!

Ask ko lang, what will happen if I have submitted my application for QSW however unluckily the CAP has already filled.

Would I still be charged of 750 CAN?

Another, how can I CTC my wife's COE from Saudi? Would the notary attestation from the philippines be enough?. She's currently working in different place now.

Lahat ng training mo post school. example: rn heal, volunteer, etc. IMHO, this is a tricky one when proving it to the immigration officer. dahil yung mga hinihingi mo na certificate ay usually, binibigay lang sa mga empleyado ng ospital. kailangan mag cooperate ang ospital na pinagtraining-an mo para magawa mo ang mga ito... good luck sa mga rn heals.
