Thank God i received my eligibility na for crne...after the very long wait of 15 months... OMG!!! i'm thinking of applying for temporary registration...anybody here who applied for temporary registration before? ;D

we have the same case, i didnt have a job when my husband applied for RPN. i did only have volunteer experience and i dont have also masteral..
plus i didnt take any english proficiency exam..
but happy to say i was eligible to write the CPNRE..

and just recently passed..u

so i hope gagaan na pakiramdam mo..

ok naman ang job hunting madami nga, pero im looking kasi for a full time.. maraming tumatawag for inteview pero if sinasabi ko wala pa yung registration number ko nauudlot.. kadarating lang nung friday so hopefully meron ulet tumawag this week.. nung wala pa yung reg number ko i applied for psw sa agency pero ayaw ko kasi ng i nonotify ako sa work few hours before..

yap nag review center ako sa toronto i paid 750 + tax... sa may toronto school of nursing sa downtown ako nag review.. may pinoy dito sa banda sa amin pero weekend kasi that time hinahanap kong sched.. sobrang mahal nga pero sacrifice lang muna, may baby pa ako si hubby lang nag wowork that time pero worth it naman..

yung exam mix sya, hospital setting, nursing facility etc.. i think yung jurisprudence naman is open book ata hehe not sure..

i already received the package from the CNO via email.

May I just ask these questions:

1. Sino ang signatory dun sa PAYMENT INFORMATION SHEET? [/b]
Ala kasi akung credit card at balak kong hiramin ung credit card ng nanay ko na asa canada ngayon.

2. ok lng bang iprocess ko n yung application ko ngayun habng nasa pinas pa lng?
early november n ang punta namin ng canada kaya I am thinking na since ilang buwan n lng naman e sa canada ko n lng i-mail para tipid at para ung address ko e ung titirhan ko n sa canada.

i will appreciate a lot any help.. =)

@sharmei, i would like to ask if ano inuna mo submit na application rn or rpn? approximately how many months mkaexam from application date pag rpn licensure? dalawang beses ba magsubmit ng verification form sa school, one for rn and the other one for lpn? your reply will be very much appreciated. thanks. God luck sa exam.

Hello fellow nurses im a newbie here. and i just recently forwarded my application to cno.
Just want to share and know your thoughts about the revised regulation that will take effect on jan 2013.

EVIDENCE OF RECENT SAFE PRACTICE WILLBE REDUCED FROM 5 YEARS TO 3 YEARS. Applicants should be able to register before the above mentioned expires. If not met after passing the exam, to meet this requirement, we need to do additional education. Evidence of recent practice can be accepted in 2 ways : graduate from rn program and total of 1125 hours in nursing.

Medyo naiba mga requirements yata nila ngaun though yung feedback sa assessment Ay Hindi nila considered ang degree sa pinas instead diploma Lang and they suggest na mag additional units Ako. . Napansin ko sa mga thread na pag Meron masters pwede na mag qualify to take the exam?
I have an ongoing application sa CARNA. . They are asking for my CNO decision. . Makaka apekto kaya sa assessment ng CARNa yung previous decision ng CNO. . Gaano katagal ang result ng CARNA?

hmm siguro kaya nila ask para if ready to sit ka na sa result ng CNO assessment hindi ka na mag undergo ng another assessment.. well not sure about CARNA, may another forum for that kasi mostly dito is sa forum is sa ontario..

and sa masters degree naman, i think depende sa curriculum ng school, kasi may kakilala ako walang masters degree may case study lang na sasagutan..

hi andrei. actually dpa ako nakakaexam at wla pa ding result. i applied first for my rn then mdami nagsuggest na magrpn muna ayun. hopefully by 2nd week of october na meron. one time ka lang magsend ng verification form. gagamitin nlng nla yun for both.

I received a letter from CNO just now and it said

''we are writing to inform u about ur status of your application with the CNO and to update u about upcoming chnges to the registration... '' then they talked about the january 2013 changes and they gave me overview of regustration reqts and the withdrawal form. Im so confused. They didnt mention my status.
