i also got the needed score for the english proficiency kaya super saya one of the best birthday gift ever.. waiting nalang na ma receive ng CNO ang official letter from the melab para ma send na nila registration form..

Hi!

I'm a registered nurse back home but entered Ontario under the LCP. I received my open work permit this April 2012, my application for PR still on process. By any chance, am I eligible to apply for CNRE/CPNRE assessment at CNO under my current status or do I have to wait for my PR status? Any response will be much appreciated. Thanks!

yes you are eligible to apply for the assessment and even write the exam even if you are under LCP..

Hi! I wouldn't say I'm good at answering the competency assessment but here is what I did.

-I used my experience from work to as basis for my scenarios
-I tried my best to match multiple competencies found in the Entry to practice competencies pdf file
from the CNO's website in my answers
-I patterned my answers from the examples provided with the Baccalaureate equivalency table.

P.S. I think the competency assessment supplement given presently is different from what I was asked to answer. I did mine more than a year ago.

I submitted my baccalaureate equivalency table (BET) last June 2011 and received CNO's final evaluation of my application last May 2012. I am eligible to take the registration exam. Just waiting for my PR visa under spousal sponsorship. Just curious, is competency assessment same as BET?

hi lenjoy! i got my eligibilty last feb 2011 and passed my crne last feb 2012. i think it matters if u have ur masters degree.kasi in my case,msn grad ako kya khit 5months lang ang hospital experience ko plus 4 years as CI i was eligibile to write the exam.

Oh my! I only have 4 1/2 yes work experience and no MA. Hay... I did send the first part of the package and atill waiting for their info since they already received my papers for days so im a bit worried...

I felt so bad. The CNO received my verification of TOR last 25 July as prr tracking but my representative in Canada said that the TOR was not yet received according to CNO. Anyone with the same situation wherein CNO lost the documents?
