Finally you got your application moved to CEM and you already have your MR.boggz said:Anyone who had experience for medical of your special child dependent? After 19 months of waiting game from Singapore Visa Office, my files were transferred to CEM after I requested 2 months ago. After a month I received the MR from CEM. But not knowing there's an existing immigration policy of inadmissibility for excessive use of Canada's health and social services. Meaning if you are sick or special person that will require the excessive use of their health and social services, you will be inadmissible. My child is GDD or global dev delay. She's physically fine and now she's 10, only her learning ability is around 5 to 6 yrs old. We are now waiting for her medical records from dev doctor here in sg to submit when we will go for our medical exam. But now with loosing hope for the positive result because of that.
Anyone knows the same case like mine? But we are still crossing our fingers, still holding-on even on that small possibility of possitive result. We keep on praying for this.
I am not sure how this will affect your application, but seeing that you are the main applicant and you can show that you can take responsibility of paying for your daughter's treatments then it won't cause much problems to your application. I think I read somewhere that you will have to show proof of funds after submission of your medicals that you will take responsibility of your daughter's treatment.
Wait for others to response, and I suggest to post this question at Timeline for Filipinos...
