just want to ask, any idea how long it takes if ur application was submitted online?, is it going to have same duration as others? or will take longer?
it has been 4mos now since my application was submitted.
i am here in hongkong.

I'm happy for those who got their Permanent residence. Almost all of my friends either have theirs or family finished medical. But on my case, it is not. Submitted my application Nov 2010. My family finished their medical April 2014. I submitted the documents asked from my family like medical, NBI & landing fee on May this year. But until now I have not receive any schedule for PR interview. That is why I'm surprised when two of my friends who just submitted their application last Feb 2014 have their PR already. Here is the thing, the caregiver who replaced me from my previous employer, already have her husband medical. How come the new applicants got theirs while those who file long time ago like me is not? I just cannot understand.

I'm still completing all the needed requirements have you filed your application already? If so in what country? And did you filed it directly or with VFS?

Sa metro pinoy aq sa my Northpoint.
but sb nmn nun iba hnd included un mga previous applications na nkpasok sa 4mos processing time e, but it seems na mkksma nga tau.
cgro mga a month ago lng nag-update and cic web sa processing time naging 6mos na e.
pero mostly pag sa CVAC ngpasa 4mos and ilng wiks lng my rquest na for passport, sb nila.
but it depends nga tlg sa officer.
end q na this sept 27, so worry aq, dont know f hnp muna m bago employer dto HK or mgmacau nlng.

any suggestions?

Is there any in the forum could tell me how to contact the Philippine Canadian Embassy via phone or even email. We got a refusal letter and wanting to write to the Embassy about our concerns. I couldn't get anything to contact them.

thank you for your answer, it helped me ease my worries. Just one thing, I've read one post that says
RN with experience are usually accepted. But I have no experience and I have also read another post that she got a refusal because her 6 months training is not enough to prove that she can work without supervision. I'm really worried 'bout this. If I do volunteer work while processing, will cic credit it to support my educational background? Help is really much appreciated...

you should have atleast 1 yr experience as a nurse !!believe me..im also a nurse in pi and its one of the requirements!!

My Lmo will expire in 30 oct. I am currently in Singapore, so i also having a hard time in getting NBi, but the rest if the docs like contract and LMO are with me. Can you please advise what are the other documents needed in applying work permit. Thank you.

Hello how is your application?? Dto rin po ako sa sg, I have my LMO and contract already but I haven't pass to embasy kasi sabi ng agency ko need ko daw renew passport ko which is mag expired July 2015 my LMO will expired feb 2015!

pa help naman po. Kasi ayaw pong tanggapin ung additional documents ko po na police clearance. Sbi po na kailangan my eprent akong email na galing po sa kanila na nagsasabi daw po nasubmitting the addional documents.nag aapply po ako ng working visa for canada at almost 3mos na po ung papers ko po sa canada visa d2 po sa hongkong. Tanong ko lang po kung.
Need to be wait ung email po nla or may form pong pipirmahan.. Pls advice naman po.thanks

I submitted online, there will be checklist that they will provide you and the link of the documents needed. I submitted mine last August 16 here in SG
