Filing RTI to get work exp documents - URGENT need expert advise

Dear All,
I have received a letter from the DIO asking for clarification of my work experience. CHC ND had verification done but my boss provided incorrect and wrong information.
Now, i am in need of additional supporting documents to clear any doubts of the DIO, but my bosses they are backing out in fear of that their previous statement will get invalidated if they provide these documents. Now considering the insanity in this case, my bosses are fearful in providing any information at all, even though everything being asked is genuine.
I have tried talking to them, i tried to use my contacts, i have taken legal advise from a lawyer but nothing has convinced the bosses that there is nothing to fear in revealing true information.
I am now thinking of filing RTI application to get the detailed records in support of my application. Please provide your expert inputs that can be helpful in resolving the matter. Is filing a RTI to get work experience details and asking for some time from DIO a good idea. Will the DIO consider RTI application and grant me time.

What kind of wrong information your boss given to VO ? What they ask to your boss. May than on that answers and confussion we can help you out from this situation. Please clear the situation. RTI filling is different thing and other supproting documents are diffrent thing. first please clear the situation. Explain the situation properly buddy.

I applied under NOC 4131. I was working as Lecturer on adhoc basis but worked for three and half consecutive sessions/years. According to college the session is of 8 months when the classes are held. After the classes, university exams and practicals are conducted. I performed teaching duties for 8 months each every academic year (for which i was paid by the college) and also performed duties of external examiner and invigilator in university exams ( for which i was paid by the university). After the university exams there is declared holiday of about one month, during which i was not paid either by college or university.

Now my HOD, replied to the DIO that i worked for only 8 months in year and only for 3 sessions. He did not mention that i also performed examination duties and worked for full academic year as originally claimed. Also his statement that i worked for 3 session is completely incorrect as i worked for 3.5 sessions.

Now, i want the document proofs that i performed duties in final university examinations. The principal is not listening to my request and is not providing any document.

8 months you worked in college - get certificate for that
3 months you worked for University as examiner - try to get certificate for that...

If both are available then your HOD statment also doesn't get invalidated and you can satisfy the VO...

seniors pls advice.
