I didn't get my letter of introduction with my visa. Is it necessary? I emailed the embassy about this but haven't received a reply. What should I do?

Hey,

I applied under SPP for the September 2015 intake.
Going to Sheridan college for a PG diploma in Journalism: New Media.
My files were forwarded to Bangalore on 14th August evening

Also received approval email
