Dear All, One good news from my side after waiting for about approx 2 years.... [Maple leaf on passports]

I got my Visa & Landing Papers today...

This forum is really helpful to me in each and every step of my process. Thanks to all the friends and i hope and pray that all our forum members process to be faster and easy. I cannot express this feeling in words. Thank you each and every member of this forum. I will share my experience here in future even....

Thanks for your wishes, today my status is also changed to DECISION MADE [But there is no medicals received line inside, i can see only "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."] Is that ok?..... Pls advise me.

my lawyer given info that Case processing Centre-Pilot has been initiated in Ottawa to deal with backlog of MI-1 category cases. cases exceeded 12 months time are likely to be transferred to Ottawa office ...further info is awaited ....

That looks like a very bad news.

MI-I means all pre June 10 applicants and pre Feb 2008 applicants.

Kindly check with your lawyer and advice whether this will further lag the whole process.

MI-1 means cases between nov 08 to 26 june 2010

So what is the status? Is this going to be a very bad news for us????

i m also sailing in the same boat.....applied ti NS in april 2010 and send docs to ND in last week july...
my file transfer date is 30 june 2010.....i m confused dothey count 11 months from 2nd AOR or from file xfer date
