@ Simpsonjos

My status is not yet in process. Please change it to "RBVO" though I liked it very much when you put "in process" ....lol
and I sent documents to New Delhi on June 15. My NOC 3152.

I strongly believe that nowadays they may be going by the initial application date to CIO. If only you could add this extra column to the table, we might find out the truth.

Thanks

There is not much difference in initial application date and FTDs. What I mean is that those guys who applied early have an earlier FTD than those who applied later(in general)

One more Tuesday went by... no change :(
don't understand why CHC is taking soo long to process cases.

Dear friends i want to share some information about my friend. he applied under noc 4131 on 7.4.2010. his file transfer date was 14.06.2010. he submitted his full docs. to ndvo on 11.10.2010. he applied thru overseas immigration consultant based at ludhiana. he didnot received his 2nd aor. when he checked his ecas status it shows decision made. his point score is 69 pts. his consultant is not giving him any satisfactory answer regarding denial of pr app. firstly i want to ask senior members is it actually a rejection or a ecas bug. secondly in how many days we can expect rejection letter and as the letter will come to consultantz address . if he dilly dailies what is the alternative method to know the status of application. thanks n regards

On clicking on the Decision made link, does it say anything like "We reviewed your file & sent you a letter.....". If yes, then it is actually a rejection. If not then it is just an e-cas error due to migration.

If it is actually a rejection the letter will comes by ordinary post, so may take anything between 7-15 days. The letter will goto the consultant.

Dear Yukon ! thanks for your valuable inputs. on clicking decision made, this is written as follows:We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 14, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I second your thought of ecas error due to shifting from CAIPS to GCMS.I had sent a case specific enquiry to CHC ND. i will update when i get some reply. thanks n regards

You may be correct but

Nothing stops for anything

Visa and election are two different aspects

still no acknowledgement of case specific query from NDVO. may be because of lengthy weekend.

I have noticed from lot of members that recently the e-cas query sent to ND VO does not generate an auto responder. Although the query has been sent, so don't worry, if the query is within their scope to answer, you will get a reply within 12-15 days.

Secondly from what you have mentioned on the e-cas decision made link, it seems things are OK & maybe a migration issue.
Anyways wait & watch !!
