hey people i wonder post june applicant's processing was slow from a month around? may be this is due to heavy load of temp visa applications like student of september batch september is considered main batch of year intake n may be its silly but IIFA had happened last month, so huge no of temp visa were issued may be it has conduced in delay???????????

Can anyone please answer below queries for me:

1. How long does it take to get visa stamped once medicals are submitted to CHC ND and everyting is ok?
2. My Interview has been waived. Are there any chances of rejection now?

I want to know a few things from you and your reply to that will surely help others in this topic.

Were you requested for any documents in last 5-6 months?

Did you get your medicals straight after 2nd AOR? I mean nothing in between?

What was your ECAS before medicals? What is processing start date on ECAS?

Last one, Did you find anything strange with your address on ECAS in last 1 month?

Today i get my CAIPS note.

Its very frustrated moment for me when i c there is a BFD 21-09-2010. There isn't any other BFD after it. Till today i cant get anything from CHC ND. And only 10 points added for age only. Everything else is blank means no points awarded or not any check has been done. My ecas status is in process(with RBVO) since last 4 months. So now what next....??????????????????

(1) There is a line in CAIPS which confused me:

PENDING : COPY OF MASTER'S DEGREE FOR SPOUSE.

Which i hd already sent. At the time of submission we cant get degree certificate of my wife's master degree, becoz the date of convocation was in Aug 2010 and i had to submit my docs before July 1st week. So we requested in university about it and university was issued a temporary Degree certificate which is valid to provide anywhere. Its a government University.

So now what i hv to do in it......??????? Can i send a copy of degree certificate provided by university in Aug 2010 now or wait for CHC's request letter for it...????

(2) There is another problem in CAIPS with my Contact No. of home. They typed it wrongly and when i check my application forms, the number typed by me was correct. So its a typing mistake of CHC's staff member.

So now what i hv to do for it...?????

One thing is clear now IN PROCESS with RBVO IS A VERY VERY BIGGER LOLLIPOP GIVEN BY CHC ND TO ITS PRE JUNE 38 CATEGORY APPLICANT.

So my question is how much time it takes to get visa stamped once medical results are submitted to CHC ND? My lawyer says it takes 6 months for them to send request for passport and then 5-6 weeks to stamp visa.

Thanks. i am yet to receive the medical request papers from my lawyer. Though the email says that it is medical and passport request both, but I can confirm once i see the package. Hopefully by tuesday i will receive the courier.

Thanks a lot for answering my queries. Trust me it is a big favor.

Now a days they request for Passport with medicals only. Get your docs from your lawyer n see if it is requested with medicals.

If it is requested then you are done in 2 months.
