I am nt sure about this..But since the file is with them since 1 year.CAIPS will have a good information.
Cant comment about the new system though.

Order CAIPS partial doubts will be clear.I also waited for more than 50 days for Medical(after IN-PROCESS),I received CAIPS in between this period and everything was mentioned that visa officer is satisfied with my file and instruct to issue medical still i waited for 50 days "why" no -body knows.Some says travel history other says operational delay and so on.

I want to order CAIPS.

I have a relative in Canada.
I am confused that in what form I have to send consent form.
I have to sign it and send via post/courier or I can send scanned copy of consent form and then my relative can have print of the scanned copy.

Please guide.

Yes you can send scanned only
I have used www.caipsnotes.com to apply for caips notes.
You can get a print out of conset form, sign it , scan it and send it back in mail or fax.

It cost me only 40 CAD .

Otherwise you can order it from private agencies i.e www.lawpoint.ca (It will cost you $ 25)

Click the link...from one of Law firm from CANADA. As per table Total FSW Visa to be issued in 2011 is 55900

Out of that New Delhi is Given : 7500 visas to be issue in 2011 under FSW .

Now Out of 7500 : How CHC New Delhi will allocate :

(1) Post June 2010 applicant ?
(2) Post Feb.2008 to < June 2010 ? Or
(3) BackLog ?

My status has been changed to in process on 26th October and from then no updates from CHC.
So, i have ordered CAIPS to know at least something about my application ... probably i will be getting it in 1 or 2 weeks.

I got a verification call on 26th october 2011 but no call to my office. After 1 week, my status changed to Inprocess and from then it is INPROCESS. I am not married and I can't think of any reason right now for the delay.
Probably my Visa Officer has gone pregnant and is on maternity leave.
Hope she delivers soon
