What have they mentioned in the letter ie have they asked clarification or other proof
Also u have mentioned in earlier posts that chc has asked u for ur marriage proof

Yes friends first I received a letter on 22nd January 2012 to submit my marriage photos and I submitted that on 6 Feb. and I was expecting Medical but today I received a letter from Immigration section about their verification call. It was written in that letter that they called to my college where i have been working as a Computer trainer and they told to CHC that I am not employed in their college. Words of letter are:
"....Yet, when we called Mr......on dated...he confirmed that you are not and not have been employed by him or his college. Therefore, I have concerns that you have misrepresented your work experience as an college instructor and you dont have the stated experience of NOC."
In the last of letter it is also written:
"Before a decision is made in your case. I am providing you with the opportunity to comment on the above concerns or provide any observation or explanation in writing. you have 30 days from the date of this letter to reply."

friends please suggest me what to do. I am very much disturb and lost my all hopes. please friend suggest me what action should I take.

Write an explanatory letter.
If you were employed by this organization earlier than provide.
1. Form 16 or PF returns(both of these have your name as well as institution name/code)
State that this is a govt document proving that you were employed by this organization and that what your boss did is a human error.

Thank god n CHC for giving u an opportunity instead of instant REJECTION...............its a golden chance my suggestion ,as ur genuine victim of miscommunication of ur employer ,ur explanation should be pumped with evidences ,then i think u ill rise of this problem

If u hired an consultant then do check the docs submitted by them to the chc and
Without wasting any more time and without panicking u compile all the job related docs available with you such as form-16,appraisal letter, latest ref. letter , ref. from other staff working with u then.
Provide a written explanation about the situation .
Dont worry u will be through with this difficult time

I spoke to him a few days back. He was interpreting "Decision made" on eCas as a rejection, since he had not got a medicals request before that. But as per my knowledge, he has still not got any formal "Rejection" letter from CIC/NDVO.

Thanks for your precious suggestions. I spoke to my employer about this situation, he replied me that he was busy in an important issue, when he received the verification call and that time he could not recognize my real name and he said no to CHC. Actually my employer and all staff call me by another nick name. May be that's why my boss could not recognize me that time. Now when the situation is against me, he promised me that he will write another letter for me about my working experience and all. Except that I am thinking to submit the xerox copy of the current and old attendance sheet attested by the employer and xerox copy of salary receiving register attested by the employer. Actually that is a private college and they pay me cash and take my sign on salary register.
Please suggest me friends. I will be thankful to you people, if you help me out of this situation. Please

I got a letter from CHC stating, my file is not eligible under 4131 and mentioned that i will receive the refund in 8 weeks. I am really pissed off, why the hell was i given two files numbers till date ? do they need 2 years to determine eligibility?
Its seems many are receiving their files back and a few rejections too.

very sorry to hear that.....can u explain what reasons did chc nd people e written in rejection letter......and haveu appliedthrough agent or by urself and what was ur status showing
just before u got rejection whether it was in process with actual date or it was decision made....kindly share the information.................

The documents have already been sent.
So nothing can be done.

I think CIC is very strict now days .. so be careful before sending any documents

Thats the reason why the VO sends those bar codes
