As I had mentioned in an earlier post, student visas are getting preference because of
the student intake....January session. Hence, Nov & Dec may well see very negligible
handling of PR cases / visas.

This was the same for September intake...when July & Aug saw low processing.

Possibly Jan mid may see a bulk of PR applications (pre 26/6) being processed.

Keep our fingers crossed and do your daily chores...do not let our PR processing delays to take complete control over us.

Vicky brother cool your timelines matches as that of mine.....My application was filed on 11 november......File transfer date was 27 Jan ........Medicals were issued on 1 OCT...Just i submitted the PP's a bit earlier....God Bless and god luck...

I may have a different take on that when you are in punjab there are a lot of TV channels showing programs on Immigration so the common words from the experts on TV is ....they have a different section and set of People for student VISA...so impact of student VISA applications is not that much.....Don't know the reason behind sluggish pace but about student visa that is what i have heard
