not my statements, rather the decisions being executed by CIC.
same NOC's in Pre June 2010 not getting their MR's but being in MI-2, most of them have got MR's by now.

where is the contradiction?

here it is ,read below its ur post .....which was ur earlier logic
The logic is they have already got more than enough 4131, 0111, 0213's in Canada as PR who got their visas in 2010. so they have chosen a very very "go slow" policy for the awaiting applicants of these categories.
I am looking forward to 2012.

and the contradiction is?

as you're a doctor, you can expect something good.
but this is the major concern and a matter of great despair and anger that Doctors were in he list of 38, in MI-2, in MI-3. doctors of Mi-2 and Mi-3 have received theiir MR's , but why the hell not MI-1's?

Read KDSTTL's post. that is pretty much what's true and apparent at the moment.
they didnt say they'd not process the common NOC applications but their main target is to complete MI-2 and MI-3 and along with that with a very slow acceleration they'd process the Feb 2008 to June 2010 applications.

Point out the contradiction.

earlier u said they are classifying processing according to noc read this (The logic is they have already got more than enough 4131, 0111, 0213's in Canada as PR who got their visas in 2010. so they have chosen a very very "go slow" policy for the awaiting applicants of these categories.

).....then i said then why they are not processing pre 26 june 2010 nocs which still in demand like docters .......then u contradicted ur first statement in which u were giving so called logic(underlined) ......n said they are processing according to MI3>MI2>MI-1 ................if now u dont understand contradiction then no body can make u understand....................

hi

looks at my time frames its same as your
i have received caips last month and there isn't any info

so i think its waste of money

choice is your

people any guess on timelines... will Pre-June 2010 applicants be cleared within this year(2011)???

Had the comments been made instantly, it would be a contradiction.
Both of the scenarios were observations at different times. The latter one has overrun the 1st one, and any time the possible 3rd one might overrun the 2nd one. observations and statements are never static.

Dear All

All of us are so confused by decisions of CIC but they have their own time line and preferences. CIC follows the instructions issued by the minister and I feel each minister have to show it to the ppl and the parliament that his vision and decisions were correct and they build certain procedures for the implementation of their ideas.

I feel they will now clear all the pending applications in all categories before going ahead with their further planning that includes 2004, 2008 and 2011 applicants. You just feel the way 2004 applicant must be feeling. so don't discontinue your life its not easy over there also. Lots of struggle and frustrations must be ahead.

I feel at this time we must not get discouraged but concentrate on our carriers in our respective professions in our country of residence.

Good luck to all

Wish you good luck this time tarakrs.

Regards
Mayank

hi All,
Need urgent help. I am sending my Original passports, medical receipts (reports will be sent by DMP to CHC), and bank drafts to CC New Delhi.
My friend in India tried to send the docs through blue dart but the guy refused saying he cant send courier to a PO Box address. Anyways, we will try with speed post. Need following queries to be answered as I have just 7 working days with me:
1. Is EMS speed post good enough to send the possports to this address?
2. Is below address correct? Or do i need to add "Chanakyapuri" in address as well? refered this site as well for address
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/new-delhi.asp

Canadian High Commission
Immigration Section
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi
110021, India

3. I have gone through the CHC letter several times but still have confusion. Query is, I just need to send the medical recepits. Reports and results will be sent by DMP. Right?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
DVM
