Do you really want to make this blog negative? ???
::) hey..we need real facts..so that we could utilise indian time effectively.positive attitude is good..but deying the reality..sorry...first it is o.k...after that..i can't understand.. ;D

I have gone through this news and everyone knows Canada needs more immigrants.

The point is they need people with skill in demand as per their market.

They have issued more then enough visas for MI1 noc list.

for your information

I am not making this thread negative. Everyone in this thread knows that I have tried my best to keep everyone positive and patient.

The point here is it will take 2 years of time for many of us. I just want everyone to enjoy their present live and forget about PR for a while. Most of the people in this thread are already in 2nd year so rather than worrying about visa lets enjoy our time in India.

Canadian Embassy don't work on emotions, they have clearly said it might take 2 years then why are you pushing everyone and giving unnecessary hope. There are enough evidences including the one I posted yesterday to understand it will take a while.

Before you claim me being negative you need to understand you are drawing others in wrong direction.

Some more people need your advice as they are living in fairy tales and with so called positive thoughts. Come on Man face the reality. Its third week going on after MI-3 , how many april and may FTD applicants of 2010 got inprocess ? regards.

Last couple of weeks, atleast 5-6 MI-1 applicants got medicals.

Lots of people, got the address missing on e-CAS (something is being done on the files)

KDSTTL

Their processing was begun 3-4 months back. They were requested for additional documents.

Not a single MI-1 applicant except AEO has got medical whose processing just started.

We all are educated and can well understand the intention of immigration policies. It is very much clear that they will never stand to their words. They said that 30% of backlog has been cleared. But i have not seen in practical as many of my friends belongs to Nov,Dec 2003 are still waiting for medicals as they have upgraded their cases in 2008.We may also face the same fate. They are crying for pendency or backlog. But not making efforts to clear it.It is very much clear that they have not done anything in last 7 months. What one can expect now.
Let us prey to God that our country become(India) better than Canada and we never think to immigrate to Canada.

Dont worry man :) :)

Sunny i am not worried because we were all(indians) happy when whole world was in the grip of recession. We all knows that how to live in difficult time.
chander

but i m fed up of our system nd corruption

Chander, we should still remain positive. As you correctly said, we know how to live in difficult times..

We (Indians) never really enjoyed the high tides of the boom, and neither we were effected too much by the bust (as compared to the Americans and Canadians who had so much of free money). But we surely have suffered and survived centuries of colonialism resulting in current poor state of affairs and shabby infrastructure.

But again this is not a place to discuss either history or economics.

Hi Sadika,
As I understand you applied earlier under MI-1 last year & have a file no. Because of the delay you applied again under MI-2 this year but CHC refused to accept. Am I right? I am interested to know the reason they mentioned for returning the application. It can’t be the cap, right?

regards,

I think CIO will not accept second applications whose UCI already exists and e-cas status showing RBVO because they cant issue second UCI if your application already exists at visaoffices under fast track programme (post nov.2008 ).
This is what i am predicting because eventhough the cap was not reached of 1000 on 10th june2011 they sent my second application back while DHL delivered mine on 10th june 2011 to CIO and see the cap as mentioned by CIO website : Applications received toward the overall cap: 13,682 of 20,000 as of June 21, 2011

Applications received per eligible occupation:
Eligible Occupation
(by National Occupational Classification [NOC] code) Number of Complete Applications Received*
0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers 1,000
(Cap reached)**
0811 Primary Production Managers (except Agriculture) 178
1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management 1,000
(Cap reached)**
1233 Insurance Adjusters and Claims Examiners 442
2121 Biologists and Related Scientists 1,000
(Cap reached)**
2151 Architects 980
3111 Specialist Physicians 976
3112 General Practitioners and Family Physicians 1,000
(Cap reached)**
giving excuse of cap reached
