Devu whose file transfer date is 30th March 2010 got similiar reply

As they have mentioned your intial application date to Sydney (25/03/2010), this clearly means that they have set certain criteria by which they might process few applications at a normal speed and this delay might be applicable to certain applicants basis application date/ file transfer date/2nd AOR etc.etc... We need to figure out the criterio. This might also be the reason we are not seeing any new medical issued to applicants from New Delhi. I have been asking this before also, Are post June 2010 applicants receiving medicals at normal pace in last one month?


This is not a good news,We all need to send regular e mail to CHC ND and see what response do we get. Then only we will be able to come to any conclusion if they are doing this with everyone or they have certain criteria like file trnsfer date, application date, 2md AOR date etc. etc

Has any one with file transfer date of March 2010 also got the same reply?Because till February they already cleared most of the casea and for MArch also, they were processing and sending medicals to applicants till last month.

i think now sending queries to CHC is totally useless we know what they will reply.i think we need to wait for atleast 14 months cos till then November will be near , if we dont hear anything from CHC at that time then we should send paper+emails to immigration minster and prime minster +opposition cos they are the decision makers they can accomodate us while allocating next year targets in November.

Remember one thing program manager and staff (VO) at CHC just fellow orders from govt and parliament , on the contrary contacting CHC now will conduce in delay. so we need to wait n watch n strike at right place at right time,................well this is my personal opinion buddies are free to criticize

nano..me too same...just this 31st may, My ecas shows in process. I have requested my original document ..its already20days..i sent fax..still they didnt sent my original doc. i sent fax 20days ago. no reply about my queries..
