I am also in the same NOC. If we go by the facts stated by you, it should be your turn next. My file transfer is 4th May and my documents were received by them on 16th may.I am at twelve and a half months from the date of submission of documents ,but have lost all hopes of receiving medicals inspite of 14 months processing time given by CIC.........don't know what to expect !There are almost nil updates for last 3-4 weeks. My status is IN PROCESS since 1st March.
