A very valid point.

Actually the trend is really unpredictable.

Until recently, that is, Jan , Feb months we were seeing the application processed as per FTD. If you go back in this thread you would see, that your observation, wherein an applicant has submitted his/her full docs, on the 110th day, did get a preference, if his/her FTD was falling in Jan, Feb or Dec 2010.

However, when they started processing FEB, MAR, APRIL cases, the trend changed. Now the FTD and Full Docs Submission Date seems almost very close.
This is because there was lag and possibly bcoz of the application load of the Months Nov 2010,Dec2010 and Jan 2011(FTD).

Well, honestly, it is difficult to speculate, but that is all we can do, to keep our hopes high.

However, everyone in the pipeline will get their visas sooner or later : Lets pray and support each other in this journey.

THats is what i advocate for ,cause in continuation to my above view the process is further filtered 2 times(after in getting Q)....when we sub docs ,after screening a Clerk allocate file to different visa officers according to their previous load ,so all applications are scattered to diff VOs then it all depends on working style of ur vo ,slow, fast detailed investigation or not?,,,,,means many subjective things that governs ur processing time

And further there is annual VISA targets given to specific country by Canadian parliament . CHC NEW DELHI processed 3,111 visas in 2010, and has target of 7500 for 2011,..............and here is one important thing,they cant reject rest files after completion of target of that year ,they put them in further Q resulting in DELAY..........

I was tryin to figr it out that hw they process according to yer saying i.e. Doc submission date, I think they consider FTD for one month (like APRIL FTD) and then they consider the documents sub date. e.g. A,B,C persons with same APRIL FTD date (say 20 April) and they submit docs in APRIL,MAY,JUNE respectively. So the priority is for A who submitted the docs first.
In this way they consider both, n along with that there must be some priority according to NOC. Its my own view, lets see what others comment on that.

If this may be the system where do i stand? mine FTD is 30.03.10 & docs submission date is 30.04.10.

I am still In process with RBVO inside.....

It looks like the procedure is same as what happens while checking the examination papers of board exams.
The answer sheets goes to different teachers. If some teachers are lenient they check the paper fast and neglect some minor errors while the teachers who are strict checks the answers in detail and even figure out the minor bugs.

I have sent Case specific inquiry to ND CHC but i didn't get automatic reply from CHC for the last 2 times even i didn't get any response for my queries, I am only getting message on the website like " your message has been sent You should receive a reply within 28 working days bla...bla..."


Why i am not getting automatic reply from CHC? is this is happening for anyone?

If I am not mistaken, U r IP with RBVO inside. If my prediction is somewhat right, then u'll get update within 15 days most probably MR.
If not then my calculation will be Bakwas.......

They haven't bothered to reply apart from the automated thing y
where as my counterparts in a different thread heard back in 10 days flat

For the CIC people what is the time period assigned to them?? OR are they free to take unlimited time and play with applicant's life? really unknown which creating frustration...

so i think it would be between 15-18 months. though there are exceptions. if there is an interview, then the time-frame would increase. also people with prolonged FOREIGN TRAVEL should expect longer processing times. ( SECURITY CHECKS )

Anybody who has crossed 11 months after the full document submission, i would suggest to send reminders / case specific enquiries . NDVO should be flooded with such reminders from everybody .

Infact, these guys themselves write in their standard replies that anyone can contact them if there is any delay than the standard processing timeperiod mentioned on the site.

In some cases if the status is still RBVO , then very likely it will turn into IN Process after sending enquiry within two weeks . .....it happened in our as well as many others cases.

What do you say guys.
