Dear All,
I got my medical +rprf+New PCC+Passport request on 13 april but received by me on 18th april.I applied to suvidha centre for PCC on 21st april, they said that it will took one month to issue PCC but I have to send the documents within 45 days what can I do avoid delay seniors pls suggest.

where r you from, show them your chc letter . they will do it quickly. if they don't you can actually approach ssp's office show him/her letter and he will do it for you as he is the nodal officer for this kind of issues .

just to add to jassi....If you are from delhi ...then you can download form number 2 from the passport website.....fill it up.....go to the passport office at bhikaji kama place......early in the morning....stand in the queue for some time....submit it and by after noon take the PCC

all you have to write is passport got damaged ( not the reason why) so made a new one . as simple as that.you should send them new passport photocopies as soon as possible. because if they sent you Medical request then its gonna be problemme. they won't ask question why you have changed .because when they ask you for your passport they will figure it out why you have changed it. i have renewed my passport because my photo was very old in the old passport.

Today i received RPRF receipt dated. 07-04-2011...
Friends, usually how much time does CHC take to send PPT's back with visa after RPRF receipt delivery.

I am from punjab and my R.P.O is Chandigarh.Will it can do the same for me as u are saying about New Delhi.Anybody received the PCC frpm chandigarh R.P.O please reply.And can i apply simultaneously to Suvidha centre and Passport office?

@ ramansra, Jassi was right, I was the man faced interview after In Process. First they asked me to send some pic's in 30 days. i sent 30 pics of marriage and reception. After around 30 days i have received interview letter.

After the interview the immediate next day they dispatched my medical papers.

Be confident, don't worry. Every case is different. As you have submitted some additional info also like insurance and ration card or something [i found in previous post] might give you some mileage. otherwise if you send simple photos your case is also will be in favor of interview. You will get your medical instructions very soon.

interview it looks like is very much on , if you don't have child. as you were married after you sent documents . it looks like marriage of convenience rather then a genuine one. and they are very strict on this. one of our forum member got interview call over this , i think if i remember right he was bugslife. you can take his advice over this matter.

i don't know about delhi , but in amritsar if you go through passport office it will actually take longer then if you go straight to police, however if you can't get it on time send intimation to the chc along with scan copy of receipt you got . that won't heart you a bit.

I have heard the same thing jassi....you need to directly go to the police in order to get it faster.......May be Dr.Sachin anand can put more light on how to get the PCC from chandigarh as he is from there only.......gurdeep you can PM him.....he will reply to you ....he has not been coming on the forum lately but he will surely reply if you PM.....

I have obtained pcc from RPO chd ..............there is a some standard time crietria set by RPO .if one has obtained a fresh passport or pcc and again apply 4 pcc within their set time (say one year or 6 months) then RPO will issue 2nd pcc with 10 days .......and if 1st pcc has their standard time bar then they will write to ur district police office 4 police verification n report back.................... mine pcc came after 3.5 months..............so i better suggest u to go direct to police

actually we have recieved the medical on 13th of jan 2011 and we did it on 26th of jan 2011 and after sending the medical and passport on 27th jan 2011. On 10 march 2011 they send us a love letter regarding the relationship docz and we recieved that love letter on 28 march 2011 and in the letter it was written that the docz should reach within 45 days that is the docs should reach on 24th of april 2011 but we have sent the relationship docz on 8 April 2011. Now plz can u tell me that can they call for the interview or it depends on the visa officer as our status is still IN PROCESS now days. Can i put the queri email to them or not. Yaar i want that now they should give one side result as its really frustrated waiting the Visa

I was confused, i thought you are waiting for med's. So your case is Query after med's. I can understand your pain. It is really frustrating to wait after med's. Don't worry. Usually it depends on the VO. You can wait till your BFD. Count your BFD. As per your previous exp' postal delay is 15-20 days. VO simply dont take one side decission as your case is in final stage. If they want to clarify, they will send you another love letter of interview. Hope for the best and pray for the best. I keep your name in my prayers for your visa....
