Today I complete 11 months since the day I sent my full docs to CHC...

what is this????i can't tolerate this...from jan 26th onwards,i am inprocess like some friends in this forum.last week i have sent a direct mail to delhi..they replied me that i have a representative..and they will share information through him only..onthat day my address was missing...so i hink they have taken my details...the very next day it reappeared..again today the address pat is missing...so in mrch 26th 2 months will complete after in process...i am a nurse..because of this i couldn't apply to another countries and the years are going...now kuwait ministry exam is coming..i this stage,i am in a confusion whether to invest money on that also..like a failed businessman ???
anyway all the best who got updates friends
i am lazy in writing..today i wish to express bye...see u...

Does anyone know how the applications are processed when:

1. The limit for a NOC is reached for the year.
2. Is there a quota for pre 26/6 applicants? How are these assessed for an NOC that are not present in the latest list?

I was going though the CIC websites last week and noticed that some NOCs have reached the limit. Please check if your NOC is on that list.

@devu...hi me too finding it difficult to concentrate or invest as far as my professional growth is concerned due to this MEDICALS dilemma.
Don't worry yaar, you r not sailing alone...i m also going maniac these days..really frustating period.

@camera eye...hey buddy..just to add..devu ecas status is showing INPROCESS, so se will definitely going to recieve MEDICALS soon..the thing is that CHC process time has increased from 10 to 11 months.

Hi Devu,
Our Application period and FTD date are same.
Mine ecas also showing In process since last 45 days or so. Address missing.
We can't do anything.
So dont get frustrated.
I am also in dilemma what to do next.
So better not to worry...
And god bless the soul of Japanese.

Today I complete 11 months since the day I sent my full docs to CHC...

I have also completed 10 months since I sent by complete docs to CHC , New Delhi. My only worry is as IELTS scores and police verifications are valid for one year only, CHC do not again request us to re submit new and up to date police clearances and IELTS scores once again as we are about to finish one year from the date of issue.

Does anyone is having any knowledge on this?
