I did not apply for OWP because it's fees is more as compare to visa extension plus I am not looking for work for now so not worrying much about OWP

2nd Feb: File Submitted
27th May: AOR Received
30th May: Sponsorship approved
1st June: Biometric
2nd June: Medical
2nd August: Latter says the above message without mentioning any reason.

Any update on your application??

Transfer to VO doesn't mean that will be an interview. Not ALL get transferred but some do and it's normal.
