Hi, my file is stuck in background check. Its been more than a year since I applied. I ordered Gcms notes and it said it went into further review. I think it was my mistake as i submitted wrong tier information on my IMM0157 form. When they asked my for additonal documnents regarding it. I accidently again sent the wrong tier information on the form. and it says now decison pending. On Gcms notes it says I dont meet the job offer requirements. So, i sent the correct IMM0157 form now. Is there anything else should i do So my file gets reviewed faster ?

Nothing else apart from waiting unfortunately. Just be careful while filling forms because IRCC will hold you to it.
Hi, I just wanted to ask you because i am worried, can the visa officer refuse my file too now its been 14 months since I applied and do you think I should hire a lawyer?
Express entry? If so, have you tried raising webform or reach out to your local MP? In addition, did you apply for GCMS notes yet?
Given the errors you would be facing longer processing time. Would suggest you consult a lawyer about the specifics of your case since there seems to have been multiple inconsistencies.
i TALKED TO a laywer but he said he couldnt do anything as the file is still in progress. I have submitted the right documnent now/

All you can do is wait and see what happens to your file as the lawyer has told you.
