Nope, same here. Just received my 2nd BOWP couple days ago. Gonna be a long long wait...........

Ramz1604! I already filed that form last Friday, i got automatic reply from CIC. Our application is almost 14 months by August 6, 2014. Will MP helps us to follow up our application status? Ecas shows medical received last july 12, 2014.

yes actually you have to wait for 30 days from the day you filled that form and if you dont get any response then your MP shld help you to followup or in other words immigration will pay some attention to the file

I have a major concern because our WP will expire on Sept 9, 2014. You think will should file now BOWP? We are 4 in family and that is $600.

it takes 20 days to get the work permit as i have seen the postings here and my friend applied for BOWP and he got it in 19 days so i would say you can stay untill mid of aug and also you will be in implied status if yo dont receive it on time so wait untill mid of aug

Does filling this form is same as sending email with request for status update? My application already crossed 13 months I sent email requesting for status update. How long it takes for update from them if I fill above linked form
