Do u have a bowp? when is it expiring?

Fortunately i have WP from my employer and it is valid till next year (2015) . But still waiting from 16 months is a pain and many decisions are based on this PR.

No Richi .. My consultant is constantly following up with CIC and they have a standard answer all the times that my file is under review by senior officer and no documents required from my side. He even spoke with a supervisor and same response.

I think there is no point of applying for GCMS notes because they have not even touched the file. As soon as they take it for process the next step would be MR if approved .. That is why Iam not applying it .. GCMS concept is so use less as it takes status on the day u applied and send it after a month...

By deferring its delivery they want to prevent you to apply too often and thus, make some excessive load on their personnel/system. I still cannot get why not to generate it right before sending to make it "less outdated"...

Ya. Mine was generated on feb 18 and I
received it today .its like getting a month old information
Which is not even updated ( in my case)
From oct 10 2013 till today i received three GCMS notes.
But no progress. It shouldn't take that long
To find if i am eligible or not. Whenever i call or emails those
Idiots they end up saying the same thing ..
They don"t have a standard procedure..
