and it's 15 line summery but at the end of summery it's stating that work experience benchmark passed for cec eglibilty and my language benchmark also met .but I think when I was applied cec I was at implied status but now I have open work permit and trp .so I m going to consult with my lawyer and what I can best to get positive rresponset

yeah its computer generated notes kinda like a log report which is difficult to read except for the last paragraph. I've met all benchmarks and passed security clearance but the web based search is dragging me along. All I can do now is wait...........

What does web based search means?

They go to the website of the employer as listed on the reference letter to verify or if none listed, they perform a search on the name of the employer to locate their website. It's just one factor of many.

In my case the company I worked for was acquired and the website was shut down but still other elements of my work history were verifiable and a web search would have brought up other references to the name of the employer. Initially it triggered a review recommendation but later was passed.

Hi all,
I got my GCMS notes and got to know that my file is under review.
The reason.......my reference letters have no salary information which I have provided in the offer letter.

It been under review just over a month now. I am planning to email them and let them know that my salary details are in my offer letter and also as my reference letters were issued my peers they do not have my salary info....

Please give me any suggestions....

Congrats richi, I am very happy for you. May I know reason for your file under review required for so long...mine is under review required since feb 2014..no ideas how long I should wait with frustration

Great brother.....what was the reason your file was under review??
In the last GCMS notes did they set any due date??? Did you get the MR within the due date??
