FILE under review in Saskatchewan AFTER THE MEDICALS DONE. PLEASE HELPP

Hi guys i applied for PR in july 2011, i came back to my home country in june last year because my work permit expired, i couldnt renew it for some reasons, i had to redo my medicals for my self in february 2013( see time my timline for details)

now i got an email from CIC saying the following when i asked the status of my file:

Your file is under review with the province of Saskatchewan. We will contact you as soon as we receive an update from them.

what does this mean anyone else in the same situation as me? please help

I guess it has something to do with you being not present in Canada. What was your PNP category? Does it require you have to have a job in order to be eligible for SPNP?

So on what basis you applied? What was your category?

when i got nominated in 2011 the only requirement was that you have to work for the employer for 6 months, thats all, i worked for that employer for 16 months before leaving the job

Then you should be fine. I don't think it will cause any problem. Did you let your province know about your moving to your own country?

Ok so here is the thing, working 6 months was a condition to get nominated, but your nomination sustains on the condition that you still have a valid fulltime permanent job offer from a saskatchewan employer, i was nominated by saskatchewan in Dec 2011 as well, filed my PR and then got lay off in same month, at that time my research(talking to lawyers, SINP office repeatedly) on this thing revealed this.
So i had to find a new employer, got my nomination revised and obtained a new work permit....

I have seen quite a few people who have left their jobs and gone back to their home country because of the long and frustrating immigration processing times .. but none was rejected ... but their cases might have not been reviewed with provincial governments because their work permits were not expired ... it is a strange and very unpredictable situation ...

no i dont think it will be rejected but this applicant needs to stay in touch with SINP Regina. because if they say that the person is good to go and is fulfilling our conditions then CIC will definitely grant PR. I have seen these two departments pointing to each other a lot of time.... just hope ur case is in right hands in Regina and with CIC as well

SINP has given me 15 days to reply back

i have a job offer from a different employer now, but i can not get a work permit in 15 days it takes few months in India the official processing time is 5 months

what should i do guys, i am loosing my mind

even if you obtain work permit with new employer but still your entry may be denied again.
don't you think so.

i contacted sinp office they asked me to submit my new passport and marriage certificate, now i need a job approval letter from a new employer since i am not working for my previous employer anymore and he is not hiring me back. can someone help me out getting this job offer or know someone who can help me out. this is all i need to get my PR Now.

This process became so complex after the changes in rules in May 2012.
Employer needs to be registered with SINP, obtain job approvals with the name of candidate on job approval letter,
then u send that job approval letter to SINP and get nominated again.

so u need to find a registered employer, who wants to wait.... what about ur friend circle in saskatchewan, they should be able to help

first, you need find a job in saskatchewan. Go to saskjob to look for any job in any city you can.
I guess your file is under review by saskatchewan province which means CIC let SINP office to check whether you work for the employer who support you got nominee or not. or you are still work and live in SK. This is to check your eligibility to get PR.

and to maintain your nominee status in SK , you stiil need a fulltime job , this is the rule. so during the time till you get PR,
you have to work full-time job in SK.
