File transfer what does it mean

yesterday they sent us an email from Canada Mississauga that our file has been transferred to my country, what is that about is it a good thing or not good thing

yeah I think ur husband file transferred to Israel for his BACKGROUND CHECK DECLARATION they will contact the ministry of interior and local district police station to ask about ur husband' past&old records.

yeah its good sign . also wanna tell u they will investigate those places where ur husband did study or job those think that u mentioned in the application forms. example, workplace, education center, etc
