File transfer (FSW1) from Buffalo to seatle and then to Los angeles...need help

my medical will expire april 30 2013. what will happened next?.Whether my processing time is normal or too long and shall i wait for PPR or apply different kind of visa.thanx

File transfer from Buffalo to Seatle-10.10.2011
added new born baby-mar 2012
paid RPRF fee- 25.4.2012
Did medicals(except new baby)-30.4.2012
Did medical(new baby)-28.12.2012
File transfer from Seatle to Los Angeles -15.2.2013.

My Ecas status,

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 8, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I have some similarity with your case.My file has been transferred from Buffalo to Ottawa and then to Detroit and Detroit got closed and it will be either in LA or NY.I am not sure where it is right now.

I filled my application in January 2010.My Medicals will expire in April 2013.I am still waiting to hear from them.
