Most probably Beijing. When I last spoke, they said it's expected to move to secondary VO Beijing.

AOR2 =Acknowledgement of Receipt of your Application from PA's Visa Office

so we have aor2 now then background check.

Its extremely hard to find I know. I read about four hours worth of blogs on hk the other day. Once bgd is started its litterally a wait. Some are fast others so slow.
