File Transfer from Delhi to Buffalo

Hi Guys

We had filed for our Canadian PR in Aug 2007 in Delhi and since Sep 2010 - I have been in Toronto on a long term work assignment. I have sent a package to the CIC Delhi office asking them to transfer my file to Buffalo office. I sent out some relevant documents with regards to that (work permit, letter from employer, address proof, bank statements, etc)

Its been over a month since I have sent out the details but havent received any update from CIC yet. Does anyone know how can I follow up or what to expect?

You can expect a No, as CHC states that they will only transfer files for the "integrity of the program" not if the applicant moves outside the processing area.
