I came across the other threads (I don't remember correctly but it might be Buffalo...). The thing is that from Jan 2008 to June 2010, CIC receive more than 440k applications (double the quota of 2009-2011 together) and about 140k applicants will be delayed for 2-3 years based on the Canada's market (aka job's priority).
You and I are really lucky getting in 2/3 of those 440k, Acelawyer ;). Don't worry anymore, you won't be delayed until the Med Results expired.

Thanks smallduck. I really hope so.

I am realyy frustrated now.I dont think theere will be any change in my application till november.

Beginning of another week, praying that we get PPR or Med request this month, even though I know our patience is wearing thin

NYVO hold my passport for more than a month now and I will probably need it next month for travel :D. It shouldn't be more than 8-9 weeks based on other's experience. Anybody has any other ideas??
In the mean time, I found some interesting hotels downtown Toronto to stay this summer, reviewers said that the bar over there covered all kinds of chicks so I will pull the trigger really soon ;). Keep it up everyone, another Tuesday here already.

I wonder why its taking so long to issue visas. Everything is slow in Buffalo/New york VO. I pray they start moving faster now that their elections are over.

this is a very slow office....some people in my home country same profile who applied after me are already in canada...they have to be upfront with applicants,if the quotas are filled, say it....and refund everyone's cash..frankly there are more places on this earth booming apart from canada
