I got Reply from CIC NY today and it is same e-mail which i received 3 months ago

Please be advised that your application for permanent residence is currently with an Immigration Officer for review. In the interim, you must advise this office immediately in writing of any change in your civil status or family composition (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth of new child, etc.) or mailing address.
If you have complied with all instructions and undertaken all steps, allow 90 days before requesting another status of your application.
