At last. .my papers are now "IN PROCESS"!!

I was checking the table that you got in this forum and I and 2 others have no date noted under the column "IN PROCESS" UNTIL NOW!!!!

Thank God!!!!!

I applied for FSW 1 (Registered Nurse). My timeline is as follows:

Application sent to NS CIO AOR Full Package sent to NY AOR Buffalo In Process
December 22, 2009 February 15, 2010 June 9, 2010 November 3, 2010 December 8, 2010

And based on the experience of the members of here in this forum, medical request should be following on an average of 1-2 months.
Will keep you posted guys. Also, please update your timelines guys. Thanks!!

Could you please mention the eMail address of NYVO where we can send our queries to?

My childs papers reached VO yesterday.. I am not sure as to how it is going to impact my application when I am already waiting for medical request. My app. was changed to "In Process" on 30th-Sept-2010. Anybody has any insight on this kind of case??

I also added my son's application on august 20,

My file transfer to newyork on 04 august and it went to IN PROCESS on 10 sept, i got same answer from them as i mentioned.

Hi Srikanth, So we two are in the same situation. Although what I see from different posts here is that VO won’t clear apps systematically in the order of their arrival but instead they have some other way of prioritizing apps. May be some requirement based criteria

Some apps are cleared faster than then rest and the fate of others hangs in balance for longer time.
