FSW1- file transfered to NY June-10, 2011. Med request Oct 10, 2011 and done on Oct 13, 2011
I received auto email informing me that new doc has been created in my account with the same doc number on Feb 1, 2012?
Any idear what is going on, why I get this auto email instead of requesting the passport???
Kind of tired waiting.....
Thanks in advance for any response.

My file got transferred to N.Y. VO on 24-Feb-2012. Below are my timelines:

App filed (FSW2): 25-Oct-2010
CIO PER: 16-Feb-2011
Transfer to N.Y. VO: 24-Feb-2012
In-Process since: 1-Mar-2012

Can you please tell me when can I expect MR from NY VO if everything else follows normal processing?

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to share the news that I received medical. I was expecting in Dec 2011, but instead I received transcript request. Eventually I received medical on 07 March 2012, which was dated 22 Feb.

On request I had acquired transcript from my university and sent in the end of Jan 2012.

Thanks

Hi Folks,

Just want to ask the experienced people who have got PPR, or waiting PPR, when do we pay "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" (490 Per adult)?

And is that USD 490 or CAD 490 per adult.

Thanks

hi dear,

I got medicals on 7 the feb and along with they asked me to pay RPRF . CAD $ 490

it depends if they asked you to pay your RPRF with medicals or many times they ask along the passport request.

Thanks dream23! :-*

Hope you"ll have a blissful life in Canada

Finally.Congrats!

Hi gauravbt,
Did you send your passport already to NYVO? I sent mine last March 4 and it was received on March 8th.

Does anyone in the forum knows how many days it will normally sent back to us using the normal procedure. I did not send return courier since I don't have a corporate account.

Thanks,
Larxace

No.Am going to NY VO tomorrow for stamping in person

Hey Friends,

I am still waiting for PPR, bit worried now.. is there anybody left like me.

The only difference is, I got second medical for my wife's x-ray which was done in Feb first week ..

Is number of country visited matter in processing timing.. I submitted 5 PCC that time and there is no change in my address/job

Thanks

Hi Friends...

Is there anyone who recieve PR card before the 6-8 weeks time frame that the Officer says.

Hi All,
i am a new a new joiner to this group and i am following the post regulary as i am also in the same boat. Like most of you even my application got transferred to NY office on Dec 1st and on Jan 10th status changed to In Process. I received an email from Consulate asking me to submit the FBI Background report on Jan31st and they gave me 60 days to submit that. I am currently in US so i sent my finger prints to FBI. i don't know if i can get the fnger print result in 2 months, so is there any way we can request the Canadian authorities to extend time line if i cant submit the FBI report on time?

Hi All,
I received my FBI background check results in 4 weeks and i sent the originals to NY office and an email saying that i have sent the PCC to their office. I was going thru some of the posts and found that most of them are getting additional documents request along with Medicals, In my case i haven't received medicals and its almost 3 weeks now that i sent my FBI PCC and not heard any thing from them. Does any one has any clue on whats happening in my case. Is this a normal practice for them to ask for documents randomly or they are following some process which i am not aware of?

I will get my fingerprinting done tomorrow. I am in NYC. Do you know where to send or what to do so I can get them back from FBI as soon as possible.. like you.. 4 weeks sounds just perfect
