Hi kucinganeh, Maha, and everyone

I have a GREAT news to share... I just received my Passport today with the maple leaf visa!!!! :P :P :P

Oh my gosh! Can't find an exact word to express how I feel but I almost jump when I saw the visa ;D

Thank you LORD! and thanks to everyone to all the support and comforting words throughout the whole process. This forum is wonderful and it became a part of my daily life for more than two years.. :-*

I am planning to do my inland landing next week at the nearest CIC where I live and I will keep you guys posted

Just a thought for those who are still waiting for their visas: "Good thing comes to people who wait patiently"

Best of luck!

Dear Friends,

My application is in NY office.
It was transferred on to NY from Buffalo on Nov 3 and started processing on Dec 02.

On the day of 23rd Dec, NY office has requested SEALED TRANSCRIPT of my degree from my University.

I was just wondering: Does anyone else got similar request from NY consulate. Or did anyone for Medical request from NY Consulate after you fulfilled the demand for sealed transcript. If yes how much time it takes after you send them transcripts.

Thanks

I sent mine at the beginning with all the documents... The transcript is more important than any other document certificated of your degree

Thanks Maha1981! :-*

Yeah for sure I will keep you guys posted about my landing experience. I am planning to land this coming Thursday at the 1000 island border as that is the nearest one to where I live.
Good thing is I have a friend who will come with me who has an experience about this stuffs.. calm my nerves ;D

Cheers!

Does anyone have the email address to get in contact with the NYVO??

My eCas says my file was transferred to New York mid November and my CAIPS notes said my BFD for PPS was February 1. It's been 4 weeks and I have yet to see anything, so I think I'm going to email an inquiry to them.

PEOPLE !!!!!! I GOT MY PPR TODAY!!!! WHOOP WHOOP..

thanks everyone.. will keep u guys posted on what happens after this..

my passport has only one visa page left, and i;m hoping that's enough for the PR visa stamping..

has anyone here gone to consulate directly for visa stamping? my lawyer is telling me i cant go in person to NYC consulate to get the PPR stamped ..

The address for NYVO is NewYork-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Hi again,

My E-CAS was changed to COMPLETE today with additional line at the bottom:
"You entered Canada at the Lansdowne office on February 23, 2012 and became a Permanent Resident."

Best of luck and God bless to all! :-* :-* :-*
