Hi murthy,

This PCC is from India as I am here for the last 18 months now. Hope you have US visa to go there.

Cheers..

Thank You Vermas.
I'm planning to travel to USA to get Visa , getting visa stamping from New Delhi VO is not an option.

Updated PCC : is from FBI or in INDIA? All the best ....

I agree everyone can have an opinion on different topics but suggesting that an inquiry would result in pushing an application out of the queue is simply hysterical, especially in a digital age. In my opinion, making an inquiry if one thinks its outside standard processing time is required. That is the only way one can stay proactive. Due to human errors or technical error an application may be in doldrums. Its a way to bring back attention it deserves.
Dont be afraid to ask questions if it matters, just dont pester. My 2 cents.

Hi SCB

I know that we all impatient now for the medical but this not a good time to send inquiry coz in case of a inquiry sent they pull out your file from the queue. I know its not a first in and first out thing but still that might delay the process by 2 -3 weeks.

So sit tight fro few more weeks.

cheers

Hi AspirantCanada,

I have read on this forum not more than two weeks back that an applicant sent a mail to NYVO to enquire about personally going there for visa stampting and on hearing affirmative response, he got it done within a day.

Cheers

Congrates Vermas, good progress.

Can you point out to any person who went to NY in-person.. Just want to explore that option.

Thanks

Hey Eliza

My address is still there on ecas, maybe next month.
:(

Hi, SCARBOROUGH,

They started processing your file on November 29, 2011, right? It's more than a month. You file has been in MY office more than 90 days already. That's wired!

My file was transferred to NY office two weeks after yours, (your date is Oct. 5th, right?) and they started to process my file on Dec 7th, 9 days after yours. Both of our timeline are much much longer than regular timeline.

Do you think it's probably a background check or something?

I know another guy on "trackitt.com" is waiting impatiently like us. Let's keep each other updated! Thanks!

Guys I got Passport Request Wooooooooooooooow..

I have a question for sending mail using courier services they say unless it is prepaid from a corporate account, we will not return your documents using any courier services (Fedex, UPS, DHL)??

Can anyone help in this .. how can I send them the passport using courier.. do the accept Fedex.

Congratulations Sicko,
That is great news. I hope you get the courier issue straightened out. Do you mind sharing how long it took from the time Ottawa received your medicals to the PPR? Do you see any updates on your E-cas?

All the best for your new life in Canada.

DMP Said that blood test requires at least 2 weeks.. I dunno why it was slow.. that why the whole process took around 21 days .. including 3 days mailing from DMP to Ottawa.. I did it in Etobicoke..

surprising !!! My medical was done on 7 Jan and DMP sent reports to VO on 10 Jan (I enquired yesterday).

Best wishes..
