CIC asked me to update the Immigrations forms (IMM8, Schedule 1/3 and IMM5406 while my wife are IMM8 Schedule1 and IMM5406). I used the 2009 form for Schedule 1 since that's what they asked. I might do the same by submitting both old and new.

Friends.. although after returning from US to India, I was not too bothered with this immigration thing (and at times fully forgot abt it) as I got struck with 100 of other work related issues in office and life and was also supposed to travel to Belgium for work related purpose but fortunately yesterday I received an email from my attorney mentioning that my application has moved further and I am asked to proceed ahead for the medical exam & my visa interview is waived.

Now that I am in Bangalore so do you guys think that I have equal chances of getting PR of Canada like the rest of you still there in US. Today, I have already deposited the attorney fee online.

Please guide me so that I calm down from this anxiety.

Should i count current buffalo 21 months time period from Jan 2010 or June 2010 or Nov 2010? Please advise!!
Seniors!!! What do you think? Should i need to extend my work permit, its till Jan 2012.

I received MR yesterday too, dated Sep 20. The funny thing is that, in the morning of Sept 27, the address disappeared from the CIC online status, I was guessing something might be happening, and in the afternoon when I got home, I found the MR letter in my mail box.
