The colleges take a month.
Gic and fee payments take a week or more.
Medical a day or two.
Visa needs to be filed 2 months before course else Ur course will start. U will pay high price for flights. Target may intake. Prepare for IELTS

Only the college can tell you not a forum and possibly a bit early to expect an offer for 9/2019 anyway.

I do not see anywhere a Lalbton college did you misspell this and mean Lambton College ?
