There is an announcement that in my country will be opened new Canadian Visa application center (VAC).
I'm wondering, what is the benefit of a application submitting through the VAC, instead of mailing directly to embassy or high commission ?

As I understand, it is an authorized private company doing administrative services regarding visa applications and their fees are not cheap at all!

What do you recommend, transfer your file directly or through VAC ?

If the VAC is closer to you than apply by that or if you have time to go to the CHC and submit your application do that. VAC will take one or two days more processing than the CHC as file will be transferred to CHC from VAC.

it depends but my experience in my country is better to go through vfs. it takes the same time to reach as ur regular courier that is next day delivery so no delay. also they check the required documents so if u have missed a document by mistake like a photocopy/xerox they tell u right away so u can get it before applying. This is all I am saying for india where vfs is been running for sometime now...for the new VAC there may be some non experience people but i still think VAC is better in my experience.

The issue is that Canadian embassy which process applications from my country is abroad (Austria).

As I am concern, if it is the only advantage, transferring and checking my file by inexperienced staff from VAC is not beneficial for me as applicant, since I had experience with online application (2 times for TRV). Are they providing only technical issues regarding forms, I mean they don't advise you how to prepare the case?
If so, then I believe it's better to mail my application directly to embassy. Furthermore, VAC is not in my city, it is very distanced, so....

if u have experience in visa application then go for direct option or online option. VAC people know exactly which documents r required but they follow the check list so they wont tell u to add documents or suggest u how to make ur case strong. Also if u have to mail ur application to VAC then no benefit there.

I thought so, thank you bro ;)
