I called call cantre and the agent said my file still is in Nova Scotia

What does this mean

I am February 2018 applicant got AOR March waiting for IP Test etc

Please advise me if you have knowledge what does this mean ??

Well, it just means that they haven't sent your application to your processing center, which makes sense since you're not IP yet.
Should happen very soon !

agree if fie is not transfer means no IP

when i called cic call centre said everything looks ok
And advised just wait
