Hi,

I have applied for the immigration in aug '08 under the skilled worked which comes under after feb '08 process and got my file number in octuber. But now since I no longer come under the as I am web developer having 3yrs of experience and don't come in the list of Occupations that are currently considered eligible in the Canadian Immigration. And i haven't heard from the embassy... should i expect anything positive for my case?

I am also in the same boat, I am a sales manager and applied in oct 08' but after release of NOC list it was not falling under 38 occupation list . However my case had been transferred to nova scotia sydney in march 09.

Shall I expect any positve response? or my case is likely to be rejected ?

If your occupation does not fall on the 38 list, your application will be refused unless you have a job offer.
