I have received by package back from Buffalo for missing information.. they gave me 60 days to send it back completed.

Is this gonna delay my case? or I can expect to receive the AOR as soon as I send it back?

My dear, this initial rejection has ALREADY delayed your case by a factor of at least 6-8weeks!!! Why are you still asking questions? Just fill in the missing information and resend via courier IMMEDIATELY!

This is always happens when people do not hire consultants...

I don't think hiring consultant is the sole solution always of making an accurate application package... its always better to prepare ones application personally... You can't expect consultant not to be very commercial... I think the CIC Guide is a complete one and if anyone just go through in details of their step by step instruction..... it should be more than enough to make a successful application

It was a minor mistake I didnt enter the word "None" in the govermental position table.

knowing that the same exact application passed through Sydney without any problems
