File returned from CIC, have no LMO/LMIA for express Entry.

Hello All,

I applied on Nov 14 and received confirmation on Nov 17 under CEC. Now, all the applications from nov 2014 are being sent back. I haven't received my file back yet, But 100% chances are there for its return. My work permit is expiring in mid july 2015. I have no LMO and my employer is not ready to go for it. Could any1 please suggest what can i do now.

Apply for Express Entry without an LMIA.

Where are you at? Any chance to apply for PNP ?

I think Ontario PNP is much harder to apply but maybe you can try to research about it
But you can also apply for EE and maybe try to find an employer who can help to apply a LMIA for u

my question is

Do we get 600 points for job offer letter.
i have 1 year of experience and presently working for same position. Only problem i have no LMIA. want to apply under CEC

Some post i have seen people are not getting 600 points for their arranged jobs.

1. No, a letter is not sufficient, you would need a LMIA for permanent residence from the employer. No cost for the employer as no work permit would be issued.
